About The Pumpkin Ball

Q:How much does it cost?
A: $175 per Individual Ticket, $1,400 per Non-Sponsored Table of eight, $2,000 per Corporate Table of eight.
Q:What should I wear?
A: Formal attire is preferred. Ladies generally wear ball gowns, and tuxedos or suits for men. Please see some of our photos here and on Facebook for reference! A coat check will be available.
Q:I am interested in volunteering. Who should I contact?

Q:How do I make reservations?
A: Online registration is the quickest and easiest way to register. Registration opens July 31 here. Reservations must be made prior to the event, as seating is limited. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. Please call the Pumpkin Ball Director Sara Hale, (509) 994-4146 with questions.
Q:Where should I get my gown or tux?
Spokane has many great shops to get gowns and tuxedos! Below are a couple of our partners: Tuxedo Gallery has partnered with Pumpkin Ball once again, offering a discount on rentals. Please mention The Pumpkin Ball when shopping, and visit them at 304 W. Second Avenue in Spokane. Believe Bride in Spokane Valley has also partnered with The Pumpkin Ball, offering a 25% discount on all gown purchases for our guests. Please mention Pumpkin Ball when shopping to receive the discount. Believe Bride is at 306 S. Pines Rd.

About Reservations

Q:How do I reserve a corporate table?
A: Corporate tables of 8 are available for $2,000 and come with a number of recognition opportunities. Contact Sara Hale (509) 994-4146 or hale.saraj@gmail.com for more information.
Q:Will I receive tickets in the mail?
A: No, tickets are not necessary, just check in at the registration desk when you arrive at the ball to receive your table assignment, bidder number and event program.

Q:Where do I go for lost and found items?
A: For lost and found and unclaimed items after the Ball, please call (509) 535-3155 or visit Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery at 1004 E. 8th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Q:Where should I stay?
A: Make your evening even more special by spending the night with us at the Davenport Grand Hotel.  Special Pumpkin Ball packages are available for as low as $134 per night. For more information, call 800.918.9344 and be sure to mention The Pumpkin Ball.
